To be eligible for a return:

- Electronics must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals intact
- Clothing items must have all original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used electronics
- Electronics with broken seals or missing accessories
- Innerwear, underwear, swimwear, or socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5-10 business days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for clothing items (size or color), subject to availability. Electronics are generally not eligible for exchange unless defective.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
